Microdermabrasion is a deep exfoliating treatment designed to smooth and soften the texture of the skin.
A diamond tipped handpiece is moved over the skin, which
gently vaccuums away dead skin cells and debris that can clog the pores.
This treatment is particularly useful for the following concerns; open
pores, acne scarring, thickened/rough texture, fine lines or flaky/dry
skin.
At Image By Laser our microdermabrasion is incorporated into a 30 minute facial
treatment. First we thoroughly cleanse the skin, followed by the
micro dermabrasion. After the exfoliation a deeply hydrating and
soothing mask is applied to the skin, before being gently massaged in.
We then follow with a moisturiser and sunscreen.
Micro dermabrasion is perfect to have as a pick-me-up for the skin
before a big event, or for more textural concerns, can be taken as a
course of treatments. Your skin will feel velvety soft and have a
healthy glow.
